Did you know that most jobs are never
advertised ? |
Yes, that's correct. Many job openings
are never advertised. Most jobs are filled by referral
and connections to people already known to somebody.
Companies advertise in a newspaper as a last resort and
only if they really don't know anyone who is qualified.
It costs money to put ads in the paper and it takes
time.
I will share
here 2 hard-learned truths about how the
system works:
1. You have to send your Resume
BEFORE the jobs open up; not after you see the
'help wanted' ad. That way when the company needs
somebody, the first Resume they see will probably be
yours! Responding to a 'Wanted' ad doesn't work because
you have to compete with up to hundreds of other people!
It's already too late. - You've lost your opportunity
for the good life.
2.You have to find somebody who
knows where the hundreds of open jobs are; who will
refer YOU to the company that needs
people. Agencies work hard to know which
company needs what kind of personnel. Since they only
get paid if you get hired, they have an interest in
getting you a job. If you have agencies working for you,
your chances of getting a job will improve. Click here to start!
What we will do is e-mail your
Resume to thousands of agencies and businesses
who need people with your skills. The
next time they need someone - the first Resume
(Curriculum Vitae) they see will probably be yours! You
will have an advantage over the others. Improve your
chances!
